The apartments were beautiful on the outside and though we were able to view our particular unit, Amber was more then helpful setting up a future date and giving us all the information we needed, and getting us as close to seeing the apartment at possible! Excellent customer service

I've lived at Abbington Heights for six and a half years. The development has improved tenfold in quality since Bridge Property Management took over. Not only have there been upgrades and facelifts to the physical property, but the office staff has been an absolute pleasure from day one. They're helpful, personable and willing to go above and beyond to assist their residents. Thanks to their thoughtfulness, and a little TLC, they've transformed our apartment complex into a tight-knit community. It's truly been great calling AH home.

Abbington Heights staff are top-notch professionals. From the first time I called Amber searching for an apartment up to the day I moved in, they have been attentive and committed to ensuring my happiness with choosing Abbington Heights as the place I call home. When I signed my lease, I made an error, but they were so accommodating, they worked diligently to resolve my issues. The Assistant Manager went to bat for me and didn't make me feel bad, but worked hard to get me back to my happy place. This was very refreshing in the midst of covid. I am indeed grateful to Abbington Heights' staff for a job well done!

I've been living here a little over a year and I am BEYOND pleased! The staff are simply wonderful and will do whatever they can to help you! I have an chronic illness and fell on a bit of hard luck last year. The ladies in the office were more than understanding offering options to help keep my rent up to date. I've never had this sort of service anywhere else! Delneona, Shemeika, and Crystal are simply marvelous! True gems! The maintenance staff are always on top of getting the job done and are pleasant! I love it here without a doubt! Thank you guys so much and I still owe you guys lunch! Bear with me :-)

I have lived at this property for 12 years now and the newest team that has taken over the past year has been such an improvement from the last 3 that this property has been through. I appreciate the professionalism and hard work that the office and maintenance team have and I am impressed with the progress that has been made. Keep up the amazing job you guys are doing!!

This complex is so much better now that it is under new management. The previous company was good but this one is fantastic. Improvements to the grounds, the buildings are showing that the company cares about the tenents. These are older buildings but the character is finally returned. This is my 3rd year and I have no plans on leaving.

We’re under renovations, that’s why parking is so bad. However, this has been the best living experience in an apartment. Maintenance comes the same day, scholarship programs, COVID assistant programs. The list goes on. HIGHLY recommend this place.
